Our process

Ten steps, one team, start to finish.

Every automation project runs the same disciplined way — from understanding what you actually need, through to being there long after it's installed. Nothing gets handed off to a different team halfway through.

01 / Discovery

Customer requirement

We start by listening — to the process, the constraints, and what "done well" actually looks like for you.

  • Understand the customer's need and objectives
  • Site visit, process study, and requirement gathering
  • Scope, assumptions, and constraints
  • Define success criteria together
02 / Concept

Concept & feasibility

Before anything is designed in detail, we map out whether the idea actually works — and flag risk early, not after you've committed.

  • Process flow and automation architecture
  • Preliminary layout and machine concept
  • Cycle time estimation
  • Feasibility and risk review
03 / Engineering

Detailed engineering

This is where the plan becomes a real, buildable design — mechanical, electrical, and controls, all reviewed before a single part is ordered.

  • Mechanical and electrical design
  • Controls / PLC design and safety design
  • Drawings, documentation, and BOM creation
  • Design review and validation
04 / Procurement

Sourcing & procurement

As an authorised Omron dealer, we control this step directly — no waiting on third-party resellers for the parts your build depends on.

  • Supplier identification and evaluation
  • RFQs, purchase orders, and long-lead item planning
  • Expediting and order tracking
  • Incoming inspection and verification
05 / Build

Build & fabrication

Panels get built, machines get assembled, and code gets written — with internal testing before anything leaves our floor.

  • Electrical panel building and wiring
  • Mechanical assembly and fabrication
  • PLC / controls programming
  • Internal testing
06 / FAT

Factory acceptance test

You see it working before it ever reaches your site — full functional testing, with you in the room if you want to be.

  • Complete functional and cycle time tests
  • Quality and safety validation
  • Reliability and error-recovery checks
  • Customer demonstration and sign-off
07 / Installation

On-site installation

Our team handles erection end to end, so your floor is disrupted once — not repeatedly while things get sorted out.

  • Site readiness check
  • Mechanical and electrical installation
  • Utilities connection, alignment, and levelling
  • System commissioning
08 / SAT

Site acceptance test

The final check, on your floor, under your real production conditions — nothing is "handed over" until this passes.

  • Production trial and cycle time verification
  • Quality and interface verification
  • Safety validation
  • Customer acceptance sign-off
09 / Handover

Documentation & handover

Your team gets everything needed to run and maintain the system confidently — not just a machine and a wave goodbye.

  • As-built drawings, final BOM, and software backup
  • Operation and maintenance manuals
  • Operator and maintenance training
  • Spare parts list and preventive maintenance schedule
10 / After-sales

Ongoing support

This is the step most vendors treat as optional. We don't — it's why customers come back to us for the next project.

  • Warranty and breakdown support
  • Spare parts support
  • AMC / service contracts and preventive maintenance
  • Continuous improvement follow-up
Closing the loop
